Rooms are reserved for all participants at the hotel 3 nights from 24-27 November 2015.

The 3 nights are included in the seminar fee.

 

If you wish to arrive before the 24th Nov. and/or stay longer than the 27th. Nov. – you can book extra nights at the hotel by contacting them directly. The fee pr night is 1195 DKK when you inform that you are part of the contact seminar.

 

When?

The seminar is held 24-27 November 2015

• The seminar starts Tuesday 24 November at 18.00 (with registration starting at 17:00), so that leaves time to arrive during the day. Check-in at the hotel is availiable from 15:00.

• The seminar ends Friday 27 November with lunch at 14:00.

 

The participants are expected to be able to take part in the full programme.

 

How to register for participation?

The registration of participants is handled by the individual National Agencies throughout the Erasmus+ programme countries. If you are interested in participating, please contact your National Agency for Erasmus+.

 

Seminar fee

This contact seminar is part of the funds for Transnational Cooperation Activities (TCA) in the Erasmus+ Programme. Participation is funded partly by the participants' National Agencies. Contact your own National Agency about support fir the seminar (including possible grants to cover the fee).

 

The seminar fee includes :

• 3 days contact seminar with full programme including materials

• 3 nights of accommodation at Hotel Scandic Copenhagen (24-27 November 2015)

• All meals during the seminar

• Social activities and sightseeing

 

Getting there

 

The hotel is located 6oo meters from Copenhagen Central Station (Københavns Hovedbanegård). The easiest way to get to Scandic Copenhagen from the Central Station is to walk.
